Event Schedule

Check-In: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM at Parker Park on Commerce Street. (Note: Commerce, Ferdinand, and Royal Streets will be closed to cars from 4:15 PM to 8:00 PM.)

Witching Hours — Start shopping early at participating stores to receive stamps on your map! Refreshments are offered during the ride. Can’t early shop? No problem! Check in at Parker Park to receive your map and start shopping then! No need to wait till the start time to start getting your stamps at the participating shops!

Performance: The Baton Rouge BeignYaYS will perform for our riders outside of Parker Park

Follow: The BeignYAYS will lead riders to the Starting Line

Line-Up: Following announcements on Ferdinand Street:

• 1st: Golf Carts (Start at Town Hall)
• 2nd: Bikes, Scooters, etc. (Behind Golf Carts)
• 3rd: Walkers (Behind Bikes)

Ride Begins: 5:15 PM

Witchie Okie at The Mallory 7pm–10pm

Spooktacular Awards

Visit the Judges’ table located outside of the West Feliciana Historical Society and each brew stop, to enter for a chance to win one of our awards:

• Wicked Witch of the Ville: Best Costume
• Maleficent Broom-Cycle: Best Bicycle Decor
• Supreme Coven: Best Group of Witches
• Greatest Cackle on Earth: Best Witch Cackle
• Top Hat: Best Decorated Hat
• Boojee Zoom Broom: Best Decorated Ride

Raffles & Prizes

• Thirsty Hag Prize: Visit all 4 Witches Brew Stops and collect stamps to qualify.
• Stampalicious Witch Prize: Visit all participating houses and shops to collect stamps.
• Boojee Witch Prize: Spend $100 during the day at participating businesses.
• Zoom Broom Prize: Get a stamp at all participating shops.
• Skimpy Skeleton Prize: Visit at least 6 shops to qualify.

All stamped Witches Ride maps must be submitted at the Prize Table by 7:00 PM. Winners will be announced at 7:30 PM at The Mallory. Note: You must be present to receive your prize.

After Party

• Location: The Mallory, 5747 Commerce Street
• Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Performance: 7:30pm by the HWY 61 Bluffers

Witching Hours Shopping

Witching Hours: Shop, Stamp & Support!

Participating shops will each have event maps available at their locations, so you can begin your adventure wherever you choose.

🛍️ Start your shopping anytime your chosen store opens — each participating shop will have a special “Witches Ride” stamp to mark your map.

🧙‍♀️ Collect stamps throughout the day as you explore town. Many shops will be offering exclusive discounts, raffles, or special treats for our witches!

📜 Bring your stamped map with you to Witches Ride check-in beginning at 3:30 PM at Parker Park. Use your map for stamps at Brew stops too! Every map turned in will be entered for a chance to win exciting prizes!

✨ Don’t miss this magical shopping experience leading up to the ride — it’s the perfect way to support local businesses and get into the witchy spirit!
